HairBack ("we," "our," or "us") provides this hair health and treatment tracking application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using HairBack, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

2. Description of Service

HairBack helps you track hair health, follow a personalized treatment routine, and monitor progress over time. The App uses AI-based image analysis to assess hair density and provide insights. All content is for informational purposes only and does not replace professional medical advice.

3. Not Medical Advice

The App is not a medical device. Insights, scores, and recommendations are for general wellness and informational purposes only. They do not constitute medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider for hair or scalp concerns.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

5. User Content and Conduct

You are responsible for the photos and data you upload. You agree not to:

• Upload content that infringes others' rights or is illegal
• Use the App for any harmful, harassing, or misleading purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or circumvent security features
• Share your account credentials with others

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Payment is processed through your Apple ID. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's App Store settings. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All App content, branding, design, and technology are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, HairBack and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or reliance on its content. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Discontinuation

We may change, suspend, or discontinue the App or any features at any time. We will try to provide notice when reasonably possible.
